Characteristics of non-genital warts in the dermato-venereology department of Mangusada Badung General Hospital during in 2019

Background: Non-genital warts are a very common and benign skin disease caused by low-risk Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) infection. Common warts, flat plantar clinical manifestations of non-genital many different types HPV. Data on the prevalence or incidence in Bali is still limited. Therefore, it important to identify as reference for conducting further studies cases. This research studied incidence, distribution, characteristics at Mangusada Badung General Hospital.Methods: Descriptive cross-sectional retrospective study, using secondary data from outpatient clinic's patient register book medical records period 1 year, January - December 31 2019. Variables that included age sex. were analyzed with SPSS 18 Windows.Results: The number patients this was 3086. 88 cases (2.85%). wart most frequent findings, 82 (93.2%) 6 (6.8%). frequency highest among 11-20, (35.2%). Based sex, more males than females (56.8% vs. 43.2%). male population occur 11-20 (20 cases), while female populations, 21-30 share same (11 cases).Conclusion: likely affect compare population. It tends frequently children young adults. findings warts.
